The Bluefield Project to Cure FTD has partnered with Probably Genetic to improve access to genetic counseling and testing for FTD. Individuals over the age of 18 may be eligible* if they have a clinical diagnosis of FTD and/or a biological family member with a disease-causing variant in the progranulin (GRN) gene.
*Probably Genetic is singularly responsible for determining final eligibility for the program based on patient-provided information.
This program is financially supported by the Bluefield Project to Cure FTD. While Bluefield/Progranulin Information Navigator will receive aggregate data, including self-reported symptoms and genetic changes related to FTD, it will not receive any identifiable health or genetic information.
